What to include
Giving us these up front usually turns a back-and-forth into a single reply:
- Your order number, if your question is about an order. It’s the fastest way for us to pull the record.
- The lot number, for anything about a specific vial — it’s printed on the label and ties the item to its certificate of analysis.
- Photos, if something arrived damaged, incorrect, or not matching its specification — including the outer packaging.
Common requests
I need the certificate of analysis for a lot
Send the lot number and we’ll send the COA for that exact lot. Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory, and the certificate is tied to the lot rather than to the product line — so the lot number is what matters, not the item name.
Something arrived damaged, wrong, or off-spec
Contact us within 7days of delivery with your order number and photos. You’re entitled to a replacement or a full refund, and this applies whether or not the seal is intact. Don’t ship anything back before we reply — we’ll tell you whether to return, keep, or safely dispose of it. See Returns.
I want to return an unopened item
Unopened items with an intact tamper-evident seal can be returned within 30days of delivery, with no restocking fee. Message us first so we can confirm eligibility and give you a return address — a package that arrives without that can’t be matched to your order. Full terms under Returns.
A specification or documentation question
Ask. We’ll answer with specification, analytical method, and documentation. What we will not do is advise on use — no dosing, no administration, no protocol guidance, and no discussion of effects in humans or animals. That’s not evasiveness; these are research materials and that boundary is a condition of how they’re sold. See Research Use Only.
A privacy request — access, correction, or deletion
Email privacy@tydelab.com from the address on your account and tell us what you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction, deletion, or to stop marketing email. We honor these regardless of what state you live in. See Privacy Policy.
Something on this site reads like a health claim
Tell us and we’ll fix it. Tyde Labs does not make health, therapeutic, or performance claims, and we treat a line that reads like one as a defect worth correcting — not a matter of opinion.
What we can’t help with
We can’t give medical, veterinary, or dosing advice, recommend a product for a purpose, or comment on use in humans or animals. If you’re looking for that, we are not the right supplier — and no reply we send will change that answer. If you have a health concern, talk to a licensed clinician.
